Squeeze juice from lemon and keep lemon peel.Chop ginger.Take cloves and cinnamon.

Take water in a pan. Put the lemon peel, cinnamon stick, powdered cinnamon, cloves and ginger in it.

Let the water boil. Once boiled simmer the flame. Keep till it reaches 3/4th of the initial quantity.Switch off the flame and cover the pan. Let it steep for 15-20 minutes

Heat the tea a little.Filter it in a cup(with lemon juice already in cup).Add honey.Mix well and serve warm.

Drink it after meals or before going to bed.
