Wash n dey fenugreek leaves n finely chop it. Wash n grate cauliflower florets.

Heat oil in Kadhai n add chopped garlic n green chillies, sauté it. N add red chilli powder.

Now add grated cauliflower n chopped fenugreek & salt. Stir it n cover it. cook it till water evaporates n Cooked properly. Serve hot with roti.
