Steps

Remove stones and spoilt ones from the groundnut.

Break eggs in a bowl and add the sugar and mix together till well combine. Then add flavour and whisk again

Pour the groundnut into a large bowl and pour little amount of the egg mixture then shake the bowl very well to mix it. Sprinkle some flour on the groundnut again and shake in circular motion.

Repeat the egg and flour process by shaking it vigorously,till the groundnut is well coated with the flour and smooth. Deep fry in oil and remove when golden brown
