Ingredients

  1. 1 cupspinach
  2. 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
  3. 1 cuppineapple chunks
  4. 1banana
  5. 1 tbspchia seeds

Cooking Instructions

    All ingredients.Soak the chia seeds with a cup of water.Soak &peeled the almond &blend it with a cup of water.Unsweetened almond milk is ready.

    Adf all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth.If the mixture is too thick add more almond milk.

  3. 3

    Green Smoothie with chia seeds is ready to serve.Transfer the serving glasses &serve it.
