Golgappa chaat
Steps

Take each golgappa puri and gently make a large hole on it's top, in the centre by poking it with a spoon / finger for stuffing and arrange them on a plate.

Fill each puri with 1 teaspoon of cubed potato.

Spread chopped onion, and drizzle little amount of tamarind chutney and green chutney with the help of a spoon.

Pour some curd over each golgappe
- 5
Now sprinkle chaat masala, and red chilli powder.
- 6
Finally sprinkle sev and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
