Now take mixing bowl and add boiled and mashed potato,boiled peas,boiled black gram and mix well.

Now add salt,black salt,ginger chilli paste,red chilli Powder, coriander powder,garam masala, chopped corrander, aamchur powder and mix well.at last add finely chopped coriander and now stuffing is ready.

Take a bowl and put maida,salt and ghee to it.now mix it well.now add cold water and make a dough.keep 10 minutes to rest it.cover it.

Now take out a ball from dough and roll out chapati.

Cover chapati around a steel container and prick on chapati.then deep fry in hot oil.then make puri and fry it.

Now put stuffing in it,then add green Chutney,date tamarind chutney,garlic chutney,sweet curd,besan sev,and sprikle chat masala on it and serve.decorate with cherry tomato and coriander.
