Wash, peel and chop all vegetables.

Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add turmeric powder and salt. Sauté for 30 seconds and add puff rice and sev and sauté for 1 minute and keep stirring.

Add peanuts and mix.

In a serving plate put papdi at bottom. Add puff rice and Peanuts. Now add chopped vegetables. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala. Squeeze half lemon and serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
