Ingredients

15-20 minutes
25 balls
  1. 1.5 lbground beef
  2. 1egg
  3. 1/2 cupalmond flour
  4. 1 1/2 cupsMexican blend shredded cheese
  5. 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1 TBSWorcestershire sauce
  7. Optional additional ingredients
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper
  9. 3 TBSketchup (sugar free for keto)
  10. 1 TBSDijon or yellow mustard
  11. 3 TBSsweet or dill relish
  12. Dipping sauce

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients into large bowl and mix together evenly

    Roll into 2" balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Insert toothpick into each for easier removal and eating

    Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is golden

These can easily be frozen and stored for cooking later. If cooking from frozen, heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes or until sizzling and done inside
