Boil potatoes. Now mash and grate some potatoes. Crumble paneer. Mix well.

Now, heat 1 tsp oil. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and finely chopped green chillies. Saute them for a while. Now add gram flour to the mixture and roast it properly. Now add Coriander leaves and saute for a while. Then rest and cool the mixture.

Now, mix the gram flour mixture with potatoes and paneer. Add salt and pepper. Now, mix everything well. Now make small roundels from the dough.

Now coat each roundel with sesame seeds.

Now add 2 tsp oil in pan and roast the tikkis from both sides. Now, add 2 tsp oil again in pan and roast the other batch of tikkis.

Serve the tikkis with ketchup. U can garnish the ketchup with the toasted sesame seeds which are left in pan while roasting the tikkis.
