Cut the cauliflower into small pieces...

Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan... Add little pinch of salt

Now add cauliflower into boil water... For 2 mins... After 2 mins drain all the water

Let's prepare the batter

In a mixing bowl add all the above ingredient.. Rice flour, gram flour, corn flour, pinch of salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin seeds....

Add little little water.. Make a thick batter

Now add the cauliflower into it mix well.. Let batter coat all cauliflower... No need to marinate for long tym

Add oil in a frying pan... Keep the flame in medium neither our 65 will burn... Now add cauliflower pieces....

Fry until it's cook and make it crispy.... U can garinsh with curry leaves or coriander leaves also
