  • 1small tin mackerel (115g)
  • 2rape blossoms
  • 15 cmspring onion
  • 1 tablespoonmiso
  • 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 400 mlwater

Steps

    Ingredients. Put mackerel and stocks and pour water in pan.

    Cut vegetables. And put spring onion. Boil rape blossom in water.
