Ingredients

  • 200 gnew small potatoes
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonMirin
  • 1 tablespoonSake
  • 1/2 tablespoonsugar
  • 3 tablespoonwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry with sesame oil for 5 minutes with medium flame.

    Make seasoning mixture and cook for 10 minutes with low flame with lid.

    After potatoes cooked, fry with medium flame until the sauce is thickened.
