In a pan heat some oil and add dabeli masala and stir on a medium flame.

Add mashed potatoes and mix it well.Add salt as required and then add 1 tbsp water.Allow this to cook for 2-3 minutes on moderate flame and transfer it to a plate and flatten it.

Garnish with chopped onion,pomegranate seeds,roaster peanuts and chopped coriander leaves.

Now cut bread from middle into triangular shapes.Apply tamarind-haggery chutney over each piece and spread it.

Now put dabeli bhaji on one bread slice and spread it and keep the other bread slice over it.

Heat a pan and roast the dabeli with butter till crisp on both the sides.

Take the hot dabelu and dip it into sev and serve on a plate with chopped coriander,onion and pomegranate seeds.
