Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour(wheat)
  • 2boiled potato
  • to tasteSalt
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Some left potatoes are used to make parathas.

  2. 2

    Mix salt and flour and add enough water knead a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Add all the masala in boiled potatoes

  4. 4

    Now take a portion from the dough and roll it.

  5. 5

    Put 2 tsp of masala in the dough and make a roti.

  6. 6

    Cook till golden and Parantha is ready to serve with curd.
