In a big bowl,take sooji add the curd,salt and little water and mix very nice to make batter,keep aside for 15 mins. After 15 mins,add baking soda and some water mix very nicely and leave it to rise.

For stuffing: Heat oil in a pan,put mustard seeds,cumin seeds,green chillies,ginger paste and saute it.Add green peas,salt and saute it.cover and cook till peas become soft,nice mash peas using spoon while stiring.

Now,add turmeric powder and coriander powder,stir nicely then add boiled and mashed potatoes,red chillies powder and mango powder and coriander leaves,mix it nicely and cook for 1-2min and remove from flame.

Now put water to boil in idli maker.

In idli stand grease some oil put some batter put some stuffing on it and again cover it with more batter.

Put it in steamer,cook for 5 mins on med -low heat. Remove from flame and leave to cool.take out idli from stand.serve with coconut cutney.
