Cut China Grass with scissor.Take a bowl put china grass & soak it in milk for 1 hour

Boil Remaining milk in a vessel. Add sugar + milk powder + Mava + saffron and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

Add soaked China Grass in milk and cook till dissolves.

Turn off the flame and put the mixture in mould or thali. I have used rose form sliccon mould.

Keep aside to rest & set at room temperature.
