Ingredients

  1. Dried fish
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 3tomatoes chopped
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 2medium carrots diced
  6. Okra
  7. 1 TBSCurry powder
  8. 1 TBSoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry onions till translucent. Add carrots and fry for one minute

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and chopped okra and cook till tender

  3. 3

    Add the fish, seasoning and water to make a gravy. Serve with rice or ugali
