Peel and grate potatoes,soak in cold water to remove starch, squeeze all the water.

Add the dry ingredients to grated potatoes, mix well,(You can add grated onion, cheese, egg instead of maida)
3

Heat little oil, Shallow fry in a non-stick pan. Serve with sauce or chutney.
