Healthy broccoli paneer coins

Steps

In a vessel add oil. Once the oil is hot add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute for 3-4 mins.

Now add broccoli, salt and again saute for around 6-7 mins on medium-high flame. Once this is done remove it in a bowl and let it cool for some time. Meanwhile, dry roast the oats and keep aside.

Now add paneer, coriander, roasted oats and grated cheese to the broccoli mixture. Mix well and our healthy broccoli paneer coins mixture is ready. Divide then mixture into equal balls.

Flatten the balls and shallow fry them in oil and your Healthy broccoli paneer coins are ready.
