Collect your ingredients. Mix your powdered ingredients with oil and sock in the vegetables until each piece is laced. (To help in cooking and avoid stickiness on tray)

Put your vegetables in the preheated oven, bake for 30-45 minutes. Keep turning after about every 10 minutes to cook evenly. Check when ready when timer goes off, remove and serve. A delicious veges only meal with a glass of juice 😋😋😋
