  4. 250 gmMargarine
  5. 6Eggs
  6. Baking powder 5tspn
  7. 300 mlMilk
  8. Vanilla essence 1 tspn

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare and slice the pineapples

  2. 2

    Prepare the cake mixture by creaming method

  3. 3

    Arrange the slices of pineapples on a deep baking tin and sprinkle with sugar

  4. 4

    Spread the creamed mixture on top and bake at 190° until cooked and well browned
