Ingredients

  • 1 bowlDahi
  • 1 bunchpudina
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1" piece ginger
  • 2 tbsp boondi
  • 1 tspsugar
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds powder
  • 2 tbsp water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and chop pudina, ginger, green chilli.

    Grind in a mixer to a smooth paste. Transfer it in a serving bowl.

    Now beat curd thoroughly. Add 1 tsp sugar and beat with the help of whisker. Add 2-3 tb sp of pudina paste with all the dry masala and mix well.

    Add boondi and serve.
