Wash and dry the potatoes and cut them into thin round slices.

Take bowl add besan and water water to make a smooth paste. Now add cumin seeds, ajwine red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix it well.

Heat oil in pan.Deep the potato slices one by one in besan batter.

Fry it till potato slices turn golden yellow in colour.

Serve these hot potato pakoras with red chutney and green chutney.
