Baked Namkeen Sticks from Gulab Jamun Mix No Oven

First prepare for baking. Take deep vessel spread salt, put ring in the middle. Close the lid and put on low flame. Let get pre heated

Now take a kneading bowl empty the Gulab Jamun Mix pack. Add Italian seasoning, cumin seeds.

Add salt oil. Mix it add water and knead the soft dough.

Put oil and knead it. Make 3 equal parts. Apply oil on the flat surface put dough ball. Roll it.

Roll it not too thick nor too thin. I roll 1/2 cm thick. Shape it in square.

Now cut it in sticks. Same way make all sticks ready. Grease the plate. Place one batch on the plate. Apply oil on the top of the sticks. Put the plate in the preheated vessel. Close the lid put the flame on medium. Get it baked for 15 min.

Check it with toothpick. Flip the sticks to other side and bake it for 5 min more. Take it out on the rack to get cool. Do same procedure for another batch.

Get all sticks ready from both the sides in golden colour. Arrange it on rack so it get cool and get crisp. Put in air tight container and enjoy at tea tym.
