1onion or leek sliced
3celery sticks sliced
2medium carrots grated
100 gsaganaki cheese grated
1/2 tspgarlic chopped
1 tspchopped coriander leaves
1/2 tspturmeric
salt and pepper
1 tbspolive oil
3 tbspcassava flour

Fry the onion and celery with the garlic

Grate the cheese and carrots
3

Combine everything together and squeeze into sausage shapes or make into a burger shape in a press. Cook at 180 for 15 mins
