Mash all spices (coriander, garlic, cardamom, cloves, star anise, and pepper). Heat the oil and cook all until good smells of spices come out. The add water.

Add all chunks veggies (potato, green bean, green chilli, and paprika). wait until the pieces of potato are tender, then add salt and soya sauce.

If the sauce almost dries, sprinkles the pennywort/pegagan. The potato stews ready to be served.
