Orange Almond kheer/Assamese Komolar Kheer Recipe
Cooking Instructions

At first remove skin of almonds and grind with little milk to make fine paste.

Now put the milk in a heavy saucepan.
Bring the milk to boil at medium flame. Keep stirring in interval. - 3
When the milk starts to thicken add the dry fruits,and raisin to the kheer.

Add sugar and keep stirring. Cook it for another 5 minutes.

Add saffron milk and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes more. Now turn off flame.

Now let the keer Cool down.

Now Peel skin of orange and remove seeds and pulp.

Just before serving add the chilled orange pulp. Mix well.

Serve Assamese Komolar Kheer or orange kheer chilled.
