Ingredients

  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 1/2 cuprice
  3. to tastesugar
  4. 1 tspcardamom
  5. as neededdry fruits
  6. as neededfew strands of saffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak saffron in 1/4 cup warm milk and cover it

  2. 2

    Now boil milk along with rice and cook on low flame untill rice done

  3. 3

    Now mix sugarmix saffron milk cook for more 5 minutes off the flame

  4. 4

    Add dry fruits and cardamom powder and cover it.
