Ingredients

  1. 750 mlthick full cream milk
  2. 1/2 cupRice basmati soaked for half & hour
  3. 3-4 tbspSugar
  4. 8-10Badaam soaked/ peeled & silvered
  5. 4-5 threadSaffron strands a few soaked in a little milk
  6. 1/4 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First cook milk, rice & sugar till the thickens and milk changes colour.

  2. 2

    Keep stirring to avoid sticking on bottom.

  3. 3

    Add the saffron / Cardamom powder. Add the chopped badam & mix... Leaving a few fir the garnish.

  4. 4

    Chill & garnish with almond slivers and a few saffron strands.

  5. 5

    Serve chilled kesar kheer
