Ingredients

1 1/2 hour

4 servings

1 litermilk
1 handfulrice (soaked)
3/4 cupsugar
34 Elaichi
Coconut powder for garnishing

1 1/2 hour

Boil milk with Elaichi in it

Add soaked rice and cook for one hour..keep stirring

When it gets thick add sugar and cook again for half an hour

When it gets thicker and bubbles appear on top switch off the flame
5

Now blend the kheer Add kewra and dish out.Garnish with coconut
