Carrot kheer
Steps

Wash, peel and grate carrots.

In a big kadhai, add carrots and cook till water of carrots dries up.

Add ghee and roast them till they reduce to half their size.

Add sugar and cook till carrots absorbs sugar.
- 5
Add milk and give a quick single boil.
- 6
Serve hot. If you wish you can add dryfruits.
