Ingredients

3-Serving
  • 2 cup Roasted Oats
  • 1/4 cuppeanut
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1Tomato finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp tricolour capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sweetcorn
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add peanuts and cook till turns crispy and dark pink.

    Now add Sweetcorn and saute for a while and add onion, tricolour capsicum and cook on medium high flame. Add Schezwan Sauce and salt mix well.

    Add roasted oats and chopped coriander and cook for a while. Cover with lid for 1-2mins. Turn off gas.

    Fill ready Oats Veggie Poha in a bowl press with spatula and unmould in a plate. Garnish with coriander and tomato slice.
