Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMoong dhuli dal-
  2. 1/2 cupChana dal-
  3. Pinchcumin seeds
  4. Pinchajwain
  5. 1Chopped small onion-
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder-
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder-
  9. 1/2 tspChat masala powder-(optional)
  10. 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves-

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak together overnight,moong dhuli
    Chana dal-1/2katori
    In morning drain and churn them in mixer.

  2. 2

    Now add pinch of cumin seeds, Pinch of ajwain, Chopped onion, Salt as per taste, Black pepper powder, Coriander powder, Chaat masala powder, Chopped coriander leaves and mix well with hands so that batter becomes fluffy and light.

    Now heat oil in a wok.

  4. 4

    Pour small amount of batter by spoon or laddle one by one and deep fry them.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with chutney or ketchup as like.
