In a pan add oil once the oil is heated add cloves, cinnamon stick, peppercorn, roughly chopped tomato and cook it until the Tomato turn soft & mushy.

Once the tomato turns soft turn off the flame and let the Tomatoes cool down and after it cools down add it into a mixer jar and make a puree.

In the same pan add 1 tbsp of oil once the oil is heated add the puree then add corn, capsicum 1 tsp of red chilli powder, salt as per taste,1/2 tsp sugar and mix it and cook it until the pan start leaving oil at sides

Once done turn off the flame and transfer it into the serving bowl and garnish it with coriander and grated cheese

Your corn capsicum sabji is ready.
