Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cupswhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupbutter
  3. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1 tbspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 4 tbspoats

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spread baking sheets.

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients and rub in the butter. Add milk and knead into a soft dough.

  3. 3

    On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and cut out shapes using a glass. Make holes using a fork. Bake for 15-20mins.
