Ingredients

  • Boiled arrowroot(nduma)
  • Onion
  • Hoho
  • Spices (black pepper, paprika, thyme)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Eggs
  • Oil/butter/margarine
  • Broccoli

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions. Add spices and then the hoho and broccoli and toss.

    Reduce heat, add some butter and simmer for 2 minutes.

    Add nduma and fry on both sides till brown. Fry the eggs separately
