Instant Kadhai chicken
Easy yet tasty prepared in just 10 minutes .
Steps

Take a Kadai add oil let it heat on medium flame then add in the cumin seeds then immediately add chopped chicken And ginger garlic paste, salt and fry for a minute.

Add in all spices turmeric, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, curry leaves, green chilli, red food colour mix everything well.

Add a 1/2 cup of water then add lime juice keep it on low flame covered for 5 minutes (see the chicken if it’s soft fresh chicken and beast chicken takes different timings to cook).

And it’s ready let it dry and garnish it with coriander leaves.
