Steps

Wash and grate the carrots.

Then take a cookware dish add required amount of ghee to it and once it’s little hot add carrots and fry well until the aroma comes around.

Then add 1/2 cup milk mix well then add sugar, cardamom powder, essence.

Then keep it on low flame g fg or about 10 minutes keep stirring in between.

Lastly, fry well until ghee separates from sweet and it’s done.

Dish out in a sweet bowl and garnish it with chopped almonds and serve hot.

Khoya is optional if it’s available you can also add that in garnishing as well to make it richer.
