500 gmsPumpkin
3/4 cupsugar
1/2 cupmilk
1 tspcardamom powder
2 tbsppure ghee

Steps

Clean peel and wash pumpkin. Grate the pumpkin. Heat pot put ghee now add grated pumpkin cook for five minutes. Now add milk cook till pumpkin get soft. Add sugar cook till ghee comes out decorate with cashew nuts and serve

Serve hot or cold.
