Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 5-6oranges
  3. 3/4 cupsugar or as per required
  4. 3-4crushed cardamom powder (optional)

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the milk and allow it to simmer, so that it's quantity reduced half.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and cardamom powder then switch off the flame and let it be cool.

  3. 3

    Peel,deseed and chop the oranges.

  4. 4

    Once the milk has cooled then add chopped oranges and mix it.

  5. 5

    Serve chilled.
