Heat one heavy bottom wok, add ghee and heat it. Add flour and roast it until aromatic and changes colour to brown.

When it’s reached to golden brown to brown color add two cups of warm water and mix it well so that no lumps remain.

Once the water gets absorbed add sugar and mix well so that sugar gets mixed evenly.garnish with cashews and almond slivers and serve hot.
