Firstly we can wash chicken properly & marinate with turmeric powder, salt, curd, chicken masala, soya sauce, vinegar, cumin powder, Coriander masala & keep for 30 minutes like that.

We can cut vegetables like capsicum, garlic, ginger, tomato, green chilli,onion, coriander leaves. Then we can take a pan & put some oil in it. We can fry capsicum, onion, cumin, grated ginger, chopped garlic,tomato till the brown colour comes. Then we can put marrinated chicken into that pan & mis properly with fried vegetables & stir it.

After that we can fry chicken till the chicken will be cooked & boiled properly. We can mix all masalas with chicken masala & water slowly slowly.After chicken boiled we can mix chopped coriander leaves in it.After 5-8 minutes we can serve this yummy delicious less oil brown chicken with hot steamed rice.
