First: Marinate the chicken ahead of time to let the flavors develop. Place in the refrigerator.

Second: For the rice, heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion. Add the whole kabsa spices, then add the grated carrot and raisins. Stir, then add hot water, the bouillon cube, and the remaining spices (salt, black pepper, 7-spice blend). Add the rice and cook until done.

Third: For the sauce, make a pudding-like base by cooking cornstarch with water until thickened. Blend the thickened mixture with a pinch of salt and the vinegar. While blending, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully incorporated. Transfer to a bowl, add four garlic cloves that have been boiled and mashed, and mix in mayonnaise one spoonful at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

In a hot skillet with butter and oil, cook the marinated chicken. To assemble, layer the ingredients as desired. The recipe is ready! It’s worth the effort because it’s delicious 😋😋😋
