Pudina dhaniya ki chutney

First pluck the pudina and dhaniya leaves from their stems. Once done wash them thoroughly so that all the dirt from the leaves can be washed. Cut the onions, green chilli, ginger and raw mango in chunks.

Take a blending jar and add all the ingredients in it. Blend till you get a smooth paste. You can add water to adjust it's consistency according to your choice. Raw mango gives it the desired tanginess but if you want you can add half a lemon's juice to enhance the tanginess of the dhania pudina chutney.
