Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen coriander
  2. 1 tspRoasted and peeled peanuts
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 tspSugar
  6. 1-2 tsp curd
  7. 4garlic cloves
  8. 2green chillies
  9. 5-6curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash coriander and remove it from water.

  2. 2

    Take a mixture jar and add all the ingredients and make a fine paste.

  3. 3

    Add Water if required. You can also add tadka on it if you like.

  4. 4

    This chutany can be served with dhokla, parotha, all type of bhajjies.. Must try.. You will just love it..🙂
