Ingredients

Medium sized sweet potatoes
Some cood and grounded chicken breast
Scotch bonnet,onions and garlic stir fried
Eggs
Seasonings and spices

Steps

Peel, dice and wash your sweet potatoes

Cook till soft and mash or pound
3

Mix in the other ingredients, mold into balls, dip in egg and deep fried on medium heat.

Take out of oil when its golden brown and place on colander lined with kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.

Serve.
