Add the carrots, lentils, rice, and bouillon cube.

Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of seven spice, a pinch of paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon turmeric, salt to taste, and the bouillon cube. Mix well and add enough water to cover them slightly more.
