  • 250 gBrown basmati rice
  • 225 gOrganic Cherry vine tomatos
  • 50 gOrganic crazy jack cashews
  • 200 gOrganic beetroot
  • Pinchhimilayan seasalt

Steps

    Cook brown rice in rice cooker or on the hob

  2. 2

    Chop the tomatos and the beetroot

  3. 3

    Combine the veg with rice, add the cashews and flavour with himilayan seasalt
