Roasted Dry fish chutney

Keep the ingredients ready. Keep the chopped onions, chillies, tomatoes ready. Onion is required in large quantities as for taste.

Then take the dry fish and wash it with warm water and throw away it's head part and only body part is required. Then in the gas burn/roast it properly.

Take a bowl and keep all of them in one bowl and add salt and mustard oil and add burnt dry red chilli.

Mix all the ingredients and then it is ready.
