I started a keto diet two weeks ago and was trying to figure out ideas for recipes that are keto-friendly and this is one of the recipes I came up with. It’s very healthy, all natural, delicious, and of course keto-friendly.

Easy Keto-Friendly Shake

I started a keto diet two weeks ago and was trying to figure out ideas for recipes that are keto-friendly and this is one of the recipes I came up with. It’s very healthy, all natural, delicious, and of course keto-friendly.

Ingredients

1 large mug or 2 medium -size cups
  1. 1 cupsliced strawberries
  2. 1 1/2 cupchopped spinach
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 2 tbspplain yogurt (for added protein use Greek yogurt)
  6. 2 tbspavocado (optional but recommended)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dice and measure out the ingredients then dump into a blender.

    (I didn’t use avocado this time because I didn’t have any. The shake still tastes amazing without it.)

  3. 3

    Go back and forth between blending and pulsing until everything is well combined.

  4. 4

    Pour into a glass or mug and if you’re wanting a little something to spruce up the look, add strawberries on the lip of the cup by using a small Perry knife and cutting the strawberry tip halfway.
